My career began as an entry-level military aviation technician and grew through progressively senior roles spanning aviation, facilities, and logistical operations.

After transitioning from the military, I worked my way up from line and MRO maintenance into maintenance control at three airlines, troubleshooting and coordinating repairs across multiple aircraft types including CRJ, Boeing, and Airbus platforms.

The pandemic pivoted my career into large-scale facilities leadership, where I oversaw maintenance operations across 16 warehouses in eight states as a Regional Maintenance Manager.

I now lead a 24/7 sortation and delivery operation with 120+ direct reports as a logistics Operations Manager.

A track record of measurable results:

My work has reduced total recordable injury rate from a target of 0.74 down to 0.18 in 18 months, delivering $2.4M in annual global savings through root cause analysis across 63 sites, and engineering equipment fixes that avoided more than $2M in downtime and damage costs.

My strengths lie in identifying the gaps between policy and practice, then building scalable plans to standardize and enforce best practices across wide networks using Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and Theory of Constraints methodologies.

I hold a BS in Aviation Maintenance Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, alongside OSHA and NFPA 70E certifications, and I am a certified CPR Trainer. I pair technical depth with financial discipline, bringing budget ownership, lean management, and a relentless focus on safety and uptime.
